Training Program

When hired by the company the appraiser will receive a training manual. During this time the trainee will become familiar with company policy, will be trained in appraisal and will be set up in their home to do appraisals. A company appraiser oversees initial training with hands-on experience provided. Our tough, challenging, and accountable training assures you immediate success.

After the initial start-up training is done, the trainee will be in the two-year training program (ending when license is received). There is a commission structure built to provide income while in training, increasing with experience, and stabilizing after certification.
